The first room had a non-functional shower!!! The cleanliness in both rooms fell short of expectations, with dirty kitchen cabinets and odd smells permeating the hallways. The overall maintenance and condition of the hotel need serious attention!!!

staying here made it easy for me to explore Wilson Morgan Park and take a stroll along the scenic views by Wheeler Lake, where I enjoyed the local wildlife and relaxed surroundings, perfect for my weekend city wanderings.

The location was conveniently close to shopping options, which helped during my week-long stay. However, the cleanliness was a significant issue, as the kitchen cabinets needed a thorough wipe-down and the overall atmosphere felt unkempt. The limited staff operating hours were problematic, especially when I needed assistance outside of those times. Also, the internet connection was surprisingly poor, detracting from my experience.

Spacious room with kitchenette was helpful for meals. Internet access was terrible, making it hard to work. Close to a lot of shopping options, but cleaning standards need improvement.

This place has super clean rooms, a nice pool, outdoor BBQ grills, and a laundry facility. We loved grilling by the pool!

Comfortable room, convenient amenities, with a small kitchenette helping us prepare breakfast and an outdoor pool providing a relaxing space after exploring the nearby shopping areas.

The room had a reasonably sized kitchen with potential, but it lacked basic cooking utensils and cleanliness was questionable. The staff's limited hours made it difficult for assistance when needed, which detracted from the overall experience. On the upside, the location was a significant advantage with abundant shopping options nearby, and the facility had some nice amenities, like a pool area and laundry services.

I stayed in a studio room for 7 nights. Upon arrival, I found the layout of the space was more like an older apartment rather than a hotel, which wasn't what I expected. The kitchen had grease stains, and the shower wasn't functional in the first room. Even when I switched to a second room, it still felt dirty and wasn't worth the price I paid. On a positive note, the area offered proximity to shopping options, which turned out to be quite convenient during my stay.

the intown suites extended stay hotel was clean and had a lovely outdoor swimming pool. i appreciated the laundry facilities and the friendly staff. the picnic area was a good spot for relaxation! 😎

I stayed in a 2 queen studio nonsmoking for 7 nights. The room had a big fridge, microwave, stovetop, and flat-screen TV. The bathroom was small but had a hot shower. There was a nice outdoor swimming pool and laundry facilities. The area was great for shopping too. Just wish the internet was better.

The staff was super friendly and always ready to lend a hand. Loved the grills by the pool for cookouts. Great location, just steps from a Waffle House and other shops.
